Most model number stickers are on the motor unit itself, usually on the side, bottom, or just behind the light lens cover. If it's worn off, the manual or original receipt is your best backup.
One important safety note: never pull the release cord while the door is open or mid-motion. It should always be fully closed first, since disconnecting it otherwise can let the door drop suddenly.
